I am amazed at the "turn around" time! I sent my shocks in to get rebuilt because they were leaking. The whole process from Legends respond and emailing a return label to the shocks being physically back in my home was extraordinary.

After 35,000 miles of mountain roads, the dial on my Legend shocks quit making a difference. I found my receipt and wrote them about it. They supplied the shipping label (which I paid, but that makes sense), and I shipped them back. About 10 days later, They shipped me virtually new shocks! Yes, factory rebuilds, but they look like new and have better parts inside than my 4 year old shocks. I am looking forward to riding again in the spring, on my awesome Legends. BTW, when my buddies ride my Ultra glide, they can tell the difference between HD originals, and these babies.

My Legend suspension rear piggybacks for my Dyna have changed my bike completely to a night and day difference. With the click of a button I can have it soft or aggressive. I go over big bumps that used to take me out of the seat, now I just glide over them. I Love this product. I recently got the axeo front cartridges as well. I am blown away at the difference already, the handling and breaking right off the bat is completely different. It actually feels like a different bike. The quality, and ease of installation is top notch. I will hit some canyons as soon as the weather eases up and give a review on them again after that.

As for the customer service,
I had a small issue with one rear shock a while ago. Sent it to customer service at dinner and they had it fixed first thing in the morning. The communication from legends is unbelievable. How much they actually put the customer first is very apparent to me. Not many companies from my experience care as much after you’ve paid them. They would make you jump through hoops even if they fix the problem. This is absolutely NOT the case for legends. For me personally, I would buy legend in the future just from the product quality alone. But what makes me 100% a legend customer for life is the customer service. I will always feel comfortable knowing that I am putting my hard earned money into something that I know is quality and that the company stands behind. I honestly can’t say enough about this company’s product and customer service.

Had bought a set of legends from my local Harley dealer and was apparently sold. The wrong size had sent them in for warranty got them back and then later had found that they were the wrong size worked with colt with legends. my five star is for customer service. i purchased the rear shocks for a 2016 fatboy s and once we got the bike tore down discovered one of the bushings was missing and spent 250 for an install that didn't happen. contacted them, initially through parts giant as the entity i purchased the shocks from, but then directly and while I could not get compensation for my labor charges they did give me a credit toward the front spring set. that was a tremendous gesture in my opinion which led to my purchase of the axiom shocks for the front. they are being installed as I write this review. i had initially purchased the rear springs in a heavy duty and may be regretting that now. i really thought my wife was riding more which put us at the around 400lb range which I thought was ample but I ride more often without her and am at about 210lbs so the rear is very rigid at this time but I have only put about 100 miles on them and have heard once they break in it should be better. to be honest for the money these cost i do not think I am going to see the desired improvement in regards to comfort I had hoped for but it's obviously too late now lol. I have also been told the front shocks will provide a smoother front end than the rears do on back. I hope thats true. but great customer service.

I purchased both the FL LEGENDS 1" LOWER 17+ for the front, and REVO-A 12' for the rear in 2019 when I ordered my 2019 Harley Ultra. They are the best. Just this riding season (2024) I noticed that the rear shocks where not preforming as they have in the past years. I got ahold of Legend Suspensions and they where very happy to help. I filled out the warranty paperwork, and they E-Mailed me a Label to return them. When I sent them to Legend Suspensions, they had them less than a day, and they where back on there way to me. Real quick turn around. I was very impressed. I received them and they look good as new. I am very happy that I purchased Legend Suspensions. They stand behind there Product. I bought legend suspension for my 2016 Harley ultra low and what a difference they make on my ride. Great comfort and stability. Unfortunately I had a leaky seal in one of my rear shocks and I contacted customer service/support and told them of my issue. Legend sent me a prepaid postage. I sent both shocks on a Tuesday evening, legend received them on Monday, fixed them and sent them back on that Monday and I received them back on Friday. I live an hour north of Toronto Canada. My bike was only down for one weekend of riding. Legend you folks are amazing and I would and have recommended these to my riding friends all over. Thanks again

Awesome shocks!! I installed the 13” Revo-A rear shocks on my 2007 Street Glide. I still can’t get over how it feels like a different bike. It feels lighter, rides better on the harsh roads and bridge joints, and I feel more confident on bumps and corners. Installation and sag setup was so easy. I’m looking forward to buying the Axeo Comfort fronts when the budget allows

In July 0f 2022, I installed a Legend Air-A suspension on my 2013 Road King. I watched all the videos, and did everything I could to get the ride correct. I was never quite satisfied with the ride. I was always topping out the shocks and had a harsh ride.
I finally went to the Legend Factory this morning to see what I was doing wrong. Matt & Colt worked with my wife and I for over an hour, setting and testing our bike and shocks. Long story short, they were patient, professional and got our Harley riding the way it should. Please give Legend products and their team a try. I think you'll be satisfied. Most of my Harley riding friends utilize Legend products and for good reason.

I am really happy with the legend suspension that I had installed on my bike pictured here. A really nice improvement from the stock suspension that was on this bike when I bought it back in February of 2022. It rides much more smoother and truer. I installed the rear 13 inch shocks myself, but I did have an independent shop install the front suspension. Highly recommend Legend suspension for your bike 👍.

Awesome experience! Decided on Legend Revo ARC after doing extensive research on Legend, Ohlins, Fox and Progressive shocks for my 23.5 RG CVO. While all are quality shocks, I chose Legends based on reviews, made in the USA, and lifetime warranty. Additionally, they offer a military discount. Ordered was shipped out the next day and I received them in less than a week. Installed them on the bike today. Install was relatively easy and straightforward and instructions were thorough. Took the bike for a ride using the recommended starting point for compression/rebound settings. All I can say is WOW! I purposely hit potholes and the Legends just shrugged them off where I would have bottomed out on the stock shocks without standing up. Thank you Legend for a great product and supporting our military.

Incredible warranty service. I returned from a 5k trip with all the oil having leaked out of my Revo As bouncing on the springs. I emailed Legends with pictures of the shocks and my original receipt on Sunday afternoon, Monday morning I had a shipping label in my email, shipped out Mon afternoon and I had them back at my house completely rebuilt on Saturday. This was also during the prime time Sturgis rally. I had them 5 years and 44000 miles on them. I’ve seen some complaints about 40 dollar shipping charge but that seems more than reasonable to me. Only shock I will ever run after that warranty claim. Need to get the front done now.

Replaced factory 2003 rear shocks. Honestly have nothing to compare to other than the factory shocks. Never rode any other motorcycles other than what I'm currently riding. Been playing with the adjustments, install and setup was straight forward and literally took me 10 minutes and got sag set within .010. so far no complaints

Wow ! What a big difference and absolutely amazing. Changed the rear shocks to the Revo A and went for a ride. Right away, I noticed a big difference and a much smoother ride. I'm going to lower the rebound to a 2 and hope it makes it even better. I have 5 herniated discs in my back and neck, rode for 2hrs straight on the country roads to check them out, and I feel great ! I thought I was only riding for maybe an hour or so. I'm going to change the front suspension and am looking forward to some really enjoyable riding. One of my Revo-A's dumped all the oil when I turned the adjustment knob, so I sent them in for a rebuild. Quality feels great, got them back on the bike, and it rides great. They were received, rebuilt, and ready to ship back out in less than 24 hours.
Only downfall was the shipping. I never thought $40 for shipping would take 14 total days in transit. 🤷‍♂️
